They also do what they say and they do it quickly. I had an extremely chaotic move to St John from an area hit by Hurricane Helene in NC. To top it off, I had an insurance company in NC that greatly added to my chaos. Tracy and Amy dealt with the NC company for me and helped me to resolve all the issues making my move much smoother than it would have been without them. Ryan Spangler’s State Farm is like an old-fashioned midwestern company with ethics, pride in ownership and genuine caring for their clients. I wish every company I dealt with could be the same. "If you have a Kia that is not push to start, they will not Insure it, even after fixing the anti theft issue like they advised, they won’t insure. Kia themselves fixed the issue, but this was not good enough, they literally want you to convert your entire ignition system to push to start."
